Cobs grabbed Fan by his throat causing him to fold in slightly. Fan yelped and clutched Cob's hand as he gasped for air.

"Are you stupid?! HOW COULD YOU LET THEM GET AWAY?!" Cobs seethed through his grinding teeth.

"I-Im sorry! I didn't mean to! I didn't expect Lightbulb to show up..." Fan frowned and tried to pry Cob's hand off of him.

But Cobs only tightened his fist. Which made Fan grasp at him and squirm while he struggled for breath. "You FAILED me." Cobs growled.

"I won't again! I promise...!" Fan croaked. "I'll do anything you need me to do! Just tell me what you need!"

...

Cobs summoned his threads of darkness. "Oh... I know what I need from you..." Cobs gave a wicked grin.

Fan shifted nervously as the dark inky substance on his body began to spread as he felt the strands of shadows wrap around him.
