[ 16+ ] Farewell Creek hasn't had a witch in such a long time, most of its residents aren't old enough to remember it. So when Rosemary St. Cloud failed her Adept test on her eighteenth birthday and was sent there to be its resident witch, the village was overjoyed. Rosemary, on the other hand, was not. She was an ambitious young witch with dreams of crafting a groundbreaking spell or potion that would set her apart in the witch community. Though, according to her mother, she was too ambitious for her own good. Nonetheless, Rosemary made the trip to Farewell Creek with most of her Earthly possessions packed up into six trunks. Her shop was an old stone building with an apartment upstairs. The Apothecary had been abandoned for decades, yet was well maintained. It was here that she would serve her new community with her spells, potions, and charms. Right away, Rosemary meets Evangeline Montrose, the daughter of a local lord who has yet to be married off. Rosemary makes potion after potion for her, but her mother is never satisfied with the results. Just as the two are growing close, Eloise Montrose begins a boycott of Rosemary's shop, forbidding her daughter from visiting with the local witch. As the boycott grows, and Rosemary's shop, and future, are in jeopardy, all she can think about is the mysterious young woman she had grown so fond of in such a short time. Does she have what it takes to win back the favour of the village and pass her Adept test? [ 16+ MATURE CONTENT INCLUDES: Suggestive themes ]
