I was beyond pissed. Was she dumb or something? I made it clear I didn't want to see her again. Every time I see her, I remember falling into her trap. Her game of seduction. She seduced me at my weakest moment, and I stupidly fell for it. She is the real reason my marriage fell apart.
"I'll ask you again, What are you doing here?" I asked angrily
"I came here to see you. I'm asking you to let me move back in with you," she said
"You're an idiot if you think that's going to happen," I said, chucklingly
"It's not a joke; I have nowhere to live. My parents disowned me once they found out the truth. They refuse to support me. I received a note of eviction. I used my last paycheck to pay rent. Please, Michael, just until the baby's born and I get back on my feet. Please, if not for me but for my baby." she pleaded.
"What about the father?" I asked
"Chris doesn't want the baby. He told me he never wanted children. I'm alone in this. You're my last hope. Please, Michael?" She pleaded.

She showed me the eviction notice slip. Seeing the look in her eyes, I felt terrible for her. I'd be a heartless bastard if I left her and the child to die in the streets. I'd decided to do the right thing.
"Alright, you can move back in. I'm doing it for that baby, not you. You can sleep in the guest room. BUT! We are not a couple and never will be together again! My heart is and always will belong to Lina. Once that baby is born, you start finding a new job and a place. My parents must never know you moved back in with me; my mother will kill me, and they can't stand you. Neither can I," I replied

"Here is the spare key to my condo. You can go and get settled. I'll be home in an hour," I said
"Thank you," she said sternly.
"I have a meeting to attend, you know where the exit is. And I meant what I said; you and I will NEVER be together. Lina is the only woman I'll love". I said
