As Lance leaned against the wall of the Garrison's courtyard, he couldn't help but feel a sense of isolation amidst the bustling crowd. While his classmates chatted excitedly and exchanged friendly banter, Lance remained on the outskirts, a solitary figure lost in thought.

"Looking for someone, Lance?" a voice teased from behind him. Lance turned to see Keith, his perpetual rival, smirking at him with a cocky grin.

"Very funny Keith"Lance retorted his voice gaurded.
"Just trying to avoid being paired up with you for today's mission simulation"

Keith chuckled, a hint of amusement in his eyes"No need to worry, Lance. I prefer to work alone btw."

With a smirk Lance couldn't resist firing back"well suits you just fine,Mullet!!"

Keith rolled his eyes at the nickname, but there was a flicker of amusement in his expression, despite their rivalry Lance knew that deep down, Keith appreciated the banter between them, even if he didn't always show it.

As Keith walked away, Lance couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction at their exchange. It was moments like these that reminded him why he enjoyed teasing Keith so much - it was their own unique way of communicating, of forging a connection in the midst of their differences.

"Ayo, Lance!!!!" A voice shouted from a distance,as Lance looked he noticed it was paige and right next to her was Hunk both waving at him to come over.
Lance quickly went to join his to friends,"let's head on to class"Hunk proposed to his friends.

"Yh sure" the two answered in agreement.

From a distance Keith could help feel a little lonely and jealous see the trio together, so many times he thought maybe he should try and make friends with them but always hesitated to approach them for some reason.

One particular day Keith was sparring with Lance at the training room when suddenly he felt an intense wave of heat wash over him. It was so overwhelming that he stumbled and fell to the ground. Concerned, Lance quickly went to check what had happened to him.

"Keith Keith!!wha.... quickly some one get professor Shirogane or anybody" Lance shouted voicing his concern for Keith.

"I-im fine*cough*no need to w-worry" Keith murmured in a weak voice,before passing out in Lance's arms.

"H..hang in there mullet, everything will be alright ok?"

As Lance lifted Keith in his arms to take him to the infirmary he heard someone's voice saying"get away from Keith, Lance!
Lance upon hearing these words turned to see Shiro, he was confused as to why Shiro would ask him to get away from Keith as he was clearly trying to help Keith out even though they didn't get along well he still cared about him soo seeing him like this made him worry.

"What"he asked Shiro as he stopped in his tracks in confusion.

"What I meant to say is u can't be around Keith right now , he's going into heat"shiro exclaimed.

" H-huh!Wai.. what why,his going into what"

"Heat his going into heat and u can't be around him right now"

"Wha....I'm confused"

"Ur alpha?right?"

"Y-Yh..but what dose me being an alpha have to do with Keith right now" Lance asked Shiro in confusion.

"I'll explain more to u later but Keith is an omega and is going into heat right now and as an alpha u can't be around ok"Shiro said to Lance but didn't resive any response or reaction.
