The weight, like Sisyphus's stone, returned to its original position again. But the key to understanding the causes and formation of unhealthy weight is the human psyche. Therefore, in the second book, "What's wrong with the diet? What is the role of the psyche?" The answer will be given to what needs to be changed so that the psyche works for us and not against us.
