Call on the people out
We're riding horses on the road
We'll sing and shout
Till the people hit the road
Dancing around the little square
Dancing till our eyes blurt out
Drinking on the champagne spare
And we will sing out loud:
"We live in cities you'll never see
Unless you're brave enough to come to me
Livin in the ruins of a once-great town
We'll turn your frown right upside down"
Call on the people out
We're riding horses on the road
We'll sing and shout
Till the people hit the road
Shouting around the little square
Burning this whole damn town
We have torches here to spare
And we will sing out loud:
"We live in cities you'll never see
Unless you're brave enough to come to me
Livin in the ruins of a once-great town
We'll turn your smile right upside down"
