Memories.. (kokichi x reader)

Y/n pov

It has been another day of going around and looking for exits or the mastermind but we didn't really find anything..
Me and kokichi were trying to figure out why we usually have sudden images or memories when we just randomly see eachother and why we look.. plain.. and unlike us.. in those memories..
We haven't said this to anyone since it's all just between us.. and we decided to keep this a secret and just figure it out on our own.. because if we had a mastermind in our group then they would try taking steps to erase our memories just like how they did before..

It's the day.. the day the time limit expires and no one actually committed any crime.. are we gonna die just like that?
"I doubt that" kokichi who was in my room drawing his design answered
"I mean.. no one seems to wanna murder anyone here.. which is actually good but.." I said
"Well I don't think monokuma would just let us die that easy.. or should I say the mastermind.." kokichi said
"So what are they gonna do? Maybe extend the time or something" I said as I looked at kokichi's designs
"The mastermind might kill someone and pin it on some student or something who knows?" Kokichi said that casually as he was colouring in and I looked at him surprise..

How does he even get weird ideas like this?

"How does this look?" Kokichi said as he showed me a design of a bomb
"It's cute" I simply said and kokichi laughed
"You think a bomb us cute?! My god" he said as he laughed
"Stop it already!!" I said as I shook his body while he laughed as tears even came off his eyes
"Alright alright.. so back to the topic.. I think we were classmates before this" kokichi said and I nodded
"Or even friends" I said and kokichi looked at me as a smirk formed on his face
"Or... Maybe.. we were dating!" He said and I immediately hit him with a pillow
"In your dreams! You creep!" I said
"Okay okay stoppp!!!" Kokichi whined and I laughed hard
"But what abo-"

*Ding dong Bing bong*

"Ahem.. well a body has been discovered!!! We will be having a class trial after investigation"

A.. body?

Someone died..?

"Oh cool" kokichi just simply stated and got off my bed
"Cool? Wh-" he grabbed my hand
"Let's just go to the place where the body was discovered" kokichi said as he started to drag me out of my room..

One of our friends.. died..

We both ran to the halls to see everyone else going inside the library.. the body is in the library?

"Ah y/n!" Kaede said as she saw me coming and kokichi suddenly left my hand and vanished..
I went in the scene to see who died..

Rantaro...

"Haha someone decided to kill huh?" I saw kokichi laughing and standing on the other side looking at the body
"Is this what you do?! Look at the body and laugh?" Kaito yelled
"Alright just stop fighting already" maki said
"Yeah we can't fight now.. let's investigate" shuichi said and everyone just started to look for clues..
"Y/n.." I turned to see gonta along with keebo
"Gonta is sad?" I asked as I patted gonta gently and he nodded
"We should avenge rantaro.. and find out who the murderer is" keebo said and I agreed
"Gonta.. can't protect rantaro.." gonta said while hugging me and keebo
"Yeah.. but the only thing we can do now is win the class trial for him right?" I asked
"Mmhm so let's go investigate together okay gonta?" Keebo asked
"Yeah okay.. gonta not smart but gonta try his best" he said and I smiled
"It's all fine.. let's avenge rantaro alright?" I said and we all started to investigate with enthusiasm

But... I.. still lost a friend..
Rantaro..

"Hey rantaro!" Rantaro turned to see me and then smiled
"What brings you here y/n" he said and I sat beside him
"Well you just seemed a bit.. upset? I don't know but I wanna help you!" I said and rantaro smiled
"Well it's just... My talent.." he said as he fiddled with his hands
"Hmm.. well then let's just guess one then" I said and rantaro looked confused
"I mean you are... Smart and really thoughtful.. maybe you would be a.. ultimate... Thinker???" I said and rantaro laughed
"So I'm supposed to sit like this?" rantaro got up and sat on the desk while posing like the thinker and I laughed
"I see no difference" I said and we both laughed together
"Thanks y/n.. I really needed that laugh" he said and I patted him
"I wonder... Can you sing?" I asked
"Huh? I have no idea.." he said
"Why don't you try singing? Maybe we can be the ultimate singers together?" I said and rantaro smiled
"Okay.. I don't really know alot of songs but lead the way ultimate singer" rantaro said and I started to sing..
Soon after rantaro joined in.. he was a bit uncomfortable and wobbly at first but he did sound good... He had a very smooth and gentle voice.. perfect for singing!
"You did great! Soon you can be the ultimate singer!" I said and rantaro blushed
"I never really sang infront of someone before.. I guess that's something I should be good at to be an ultimate singer huh?" He asked
"Mhm! Let's practice everyday alright? You will become the ultimate singer! And the ultimate thinker!!" I said and rantaro laughed
"Yeah of course! Thanks y/n" he said as he smiled..

"Y/n I think we are done.." keebo said as he finally looked at the shot put
"Gonta understood case good! We need to find killer!" Gonta said and I smiled at both of them..

Yeah... For rantaro..

We promised to practice everyday.. but you died without knowing your ultimate...

I will learn your ultimate.. and I will find your killer..

Rantaro..

"Alright everyone! I'm getting bored so let's start the class trial!! Everyone gather at the shrine of judgement!" The monokuma announcement said and we all started to head out..

It's the class trial..

"Y/n.." I turned to see kokichi
"Ah kokichi wh-"
"Goodluck.. and also.. stick with shuichi" kokichi said and left
