Chapter 4,"Clingy~!"

Kokichi was totally ready to fight for the book.
He knew it wasnt that important,but he couldnt help it.
Before Kokichi could reach Kaito,Shuichi stands inbetween them.
Kokichi ends up bumping into Shuichi and they both fall to the ground.
Kokichi's face was buried in Shuichi's chest as Shuichi wraps his arms around Kokichi so he wouldnt get hurt during the fall.

"Shuichi!"

Kaito yells,worried as hell.
Kokichi shivers with anger.
Shuichi just held him there.

"Calm down.Calm down."

Shuichi whispers to Kokichi over and over so that he wouldnt blow up in rage.
Kokichi continues to shiver but not in anger...in agony.
The sudden fall,in some way,hurt Kokichi's forearms,sending waves and waves of pain throughout Kokichi's body.
He clutches onto Shuichi's shirt as he buries his face deeper in Shuichi's shirt.

"HHGGggnnnnhhhhg-----"

Kokichi groans in pain,muffled by Shuichi's shirt.
Tears forming in his eyes.

"Shuichi!Are you alright?!"

Kaede runs to Shuichi's side to make sure he was okay.
Shuichi didnt pay any attention to Kaede.
He tries to figure out why Kokichi was shaking.

"Kokichi?Are you o-okay?"

Shuichi asks,panicking.
Kokichi looks up and Shuichi with pleading eyes.

"It.....hurts..."

Kokichi smiles,trying his hardest not to faint,the pain was unbearable.

"Shuichi?What are you doing?"

Kaede questions.
Shuichi ignores her again.
Kokichi buries his face back into Shuichi's shirt.
He gently strokes Kokichi hair.

"Its okay.Its okay."

Shuichi whispers.
Shuichi then helps Kokichi stand to his feet.
Both of Kokichi's white sleeves start to be stained with blood.

"S-Shit..."

Kokichi smiles weakly,his entire body shivering.

"Do you want me to carry you?Can you stand?"

Shuichi asks.Kokichi nods,the blood from his sleeves now dripping onto the ground.
Shuichi turns around and Kokichi climbs onto his back.

Kokichi was now riding on Shuichi back,he wraps his arms around Shuichi's neck,his entire body still shaking.

"W-Walk slowly...o-okay?"

Kokichi squeezes out of his throat,the pain increases.
Shuichi nods,ready to leave but then is stopped by Kaito.

"SHUICHI!What's going on?!Why are his arms bleeding?"

Kaito demands answers.
Shuichi shakes his head.

"I'll explain everything after I take c-care of Kokichi first."

Shuichi smiles nervously.
He then starts to walk away.

"Wait!Shuichi!Why are...why are you helping him?!"

Kaede calls for him.
Shuichi stops in his tracks.
He looks back at the group and sighs.

"Well...because he needs my help...and my help is my sorry to him...for doing such bad things.I'll get going now."

Shuichi smiles as he turns back around and walks towards the school.
Kokichi looks back at the group as Shuichi walks away.
He sticks his tounge out at everyone,making sure Kaede and Kaito saw it.

They walk down the halls in silence to the dorms.

"Is what you said true?You're sorry for being an asshole?"
