Y/N WAS NEVER THE PERSON to show her love in a physical way such as touch like cuddles and hugs (not like that you weirdo)
her finger tips scrolled through instagram seeing couples being all lovey dovey with their cuddles
after a few minutes y/n chucked her phone across the room making a loud thud noise
she became frustrated with herself that she couldn't show her love the way everyone else could
she heard the door click then a deep but calming voice "is everything okay?"
there ranboo stood, with a worried look on his face "i-sorry what?" you asked looking over at him
"your umm your phone why is it across the room..?" he asked picking up your phone with now a shattered screen
"i got mad.. sorry about that." y/n said shortly talking her phone from ranboo's hands. ranboo sat on the bed next to where y/n was sitting
"tell me." ranboo said looking at y/n's hands "what? i don't have anything to tell you." y/n asked with a confused tone in the voice
"no one just chucks there phone across the room for no reason. i get you were angry you can be, but why? we can't be in a relationship with no communication that's just not a relationship." ranboo explained
y/n looked at ranboo who was looking at her but she looked away
the real reason y/n was so upset was because she grew insecure. y/n had always had a hard time when it came to the love language: touch ever since she was little she never got the hang of showing her affection towards people though hugging or anything like that
"i was mad wait no i wasn't mad i was upset with myself because i can't show you that i love you the way everyone else does. everyone else hugs there significant other while i just give you my time and i use my words. like that's so lame (it's not if your love language is actually that!!) ranboo why can't i be like everyone!?" y/n asked annoyed
"i don't want you to be like everyone else, i like you use your words to tell me you love me. yes i like when you do hug me but i don't care what your love language is as long as we communicate." ranboo explained
" i love you y/n no matter what."
