Imagine scenarios

Imagine:

You're lying in bed with your boyfriend
and you realise he's asleep.
Suddenly you have a need and have to use the bathroom.
As soon as you started making your way out of bed
you felt his arms wrapped around your waist
and his sleepy voice
"please dont leave me"
you turn to him
and he puts his head on your chest,
his hands still on your waist
"and why would i do that"
you asked him a little confused
and all you hear from him is
"because i dont deserve you"
before he fell asleep again.
