Vivo looked at Stella with a blush.

Stella made the same blush.

Vivo said, "Well...that was...fun."

Stella replied, "Yeah. It was."

"I've never met another pet who could dance so well."

"Yeah, it's one of my talents...and my passions."

Vivo thought about all that time he spent with Stella.

It was like...

Ever since he met her, Vivo had been forgetting about his homesickness.

He also didn't feel as worried as he was before about getting to Gabi.

He felt like...he had to say something.

Vivo took a deep breath.

"Stella?"

Stella replied, "Yes, Vivo?"

Dancarino and Valentina heard them...and got a little excited.

But they made sure to keep it under control and not ruin the moment.

Vivo continued, "I know it's...a little soon, but..."

Stella's eyes got a little bigger, "Yes?"

Vivo took her soft paws in his.

"I just wanna say...that I...that I..."

"ATTENTION, HOT DOGS AND COOL CATS!"

Rico suddenly interrupted the moment.

Vivo lost the motivation to say anything else.

But...that wasn't the worst of it.

Rico continued, "Since our new friend is from Cuba, I thought we'd change the music up a bit."

Vivo was confused, "Huh?"

Rico turned to Tiago, "What do you say, T?"

Tiago responded, "I say...time to change the traditions of a dance party...into the traditions of the Caribbean!"

Everyone cheered.

Tiago then started some Cuban music.

However...Vivo recognized it.

It wasn't just any music.

It was an old song...by Marta Sandoval!

Andrés' old flame.

As a matter of fact, it was one of her songs from before she left Cuba to become a famous performer.

One of the songs she performed...with Andrés.

Vivo once listened to that record and knew all of their songs.

And it even had notable notes by...a tres.

Andrés' soul instrument.

As the music continued, the area around Vivo started to become disoriented.

His head was starting to overflow with beautiful memories of Havana.

In fact, the place seemed to change from a bar...to Plaza Vieja!

Vivo started slightly hyperventilating.

Vivo looked over and saw a very precious memory.

It was when Vivo was a baby and Andrés found him.

Andrés had already chased the nasty dogs away and sat under the tree.

He started to play his tres.

Vivo was a little curious and went down the tree to get a closer look.

Which was exactly what Andrés wanted.

Vivo was soon taken home to Andrés' apartment.

Andrés earned his trust by showing him more music.

From there, Vivo saw nothing around him but a variety of memories.

Memories of all those times he spent in Cuba.

They were beautiful, but Vivo started to feel anxious.

He kept hyperventilating.

Finally...he couldn't take it anymore.

Tiago said, "K, everybody! Let's give the Cuba kink some room to show off those sweet moves!"

A spotlight came on.

Stella said, "Vivo, would you like to-"

However, everyone looked where Vivo was...

But he wasn't there!

The music suddenly stopped.

The whole place was now full of murmurs of confusion.

Stella said, "Vivo? Where's Vivo?"

And it wasn't just her who was concerned.

Charlotte, Novella, Roxie, Tiago, and the spoonbills were concerned as well.

Charlotte asked, "Hey, where'd he go?"

Roxie said, "I don't know. He was here a minute ago."

Tiago said with Rico at his side, "Yo...was it something we said?"

Dancarino said, "I don't know."

Valentina said, "But that's not important. What is important is...Where's Vivo?"

Just then, they felt some mist and a slight gust of wind.

They saw the entrance to the bar...was open.

They all gasped.

Vivo was walking down Duval Street in the storm by himself.

He was trying to follow the same trolley route and hope she'd be somewhere along that route.

He didn't even care how wet he was getting.

All he wanted was to get back to Gabi.

Vivo kept walking, no matter how hard it rained or how how strong the wind got.

He just said, "Don't worry, Gabi. I'm coming."

Just then, there was a flash of lighting with a really loud thunder clap.

Vivo turned in a jump.

He was starting to have second thoughts about what he was doing.

But just then, he turned around...and was face-to-face...

With a large rottweiler!

Vivo gasped with horror.
