A/n ok so I am getting tired if this slow burn bullshit so I'll rush the story just a tiny bit

Things between me and Jake are going well

Except I don't really know where we stand

So the new student (Danny) told us that he was gonna tell us something at lunch and I'm wondering what it is

We all have computer class before lunch period

"And that is the end of the lecture but before you all go to your next period, I would like to announce a project that all of you will do and it will cover 60 percent of your grade" Mr. Fedel started

"You are going to make a project about this week's lessons which were chapter 7 to 10 on your textbook" He continues

"I would for you to find a partner to work with on the project" He continues

"Since it is almost the end of the semester, your going to present it next week on my time period" Mr. Fedel was my computer, math, and Geographi teacher

And his lessons are 1-2 hours and we have math on MONDAYS

The bell finally rang and Mr. Fedel dismissed the class

"Hey Kendra do you have a partner?" I asked her "yeah" She answered

"Oh okay" I said

We all walked out of the class an walked to the cafeteria

"Do you guys all have a partner?" I asked "yeah" They all said

"Wait you don't have a partner?" Phoebe asked "Yeah" I said

We all got to the cafeteria and fall in line to get food "Thanks" I said and sat at a table I found "The cafeteria lady's pasta is delicious" Phoebe sat down

"I know" Kendra also sat down "Danny!" Sophia called

"Hey" Danny sat down and opened his lunchbox and he had chicken tenders and a salad

"Lucky" Sophia said when she saw the chicken tenders

"So what were you gonna tell us?" I asked him "well... " he looked down

"I... I'm not straight" he whispered "Danny... " Kendra said "I'm gay" He whispered

"Did you tell your mom?" Phoebe asked him "no not yet" he said

"I'm so happy for you Danny" I gave him a smile "When are you planning to tell your mom?" Kendra said

"Tonight" Danny said

"Hey Lindsey do you have a partner for the project?" He changed the subject

"No" I answered "do wanna be partners?" He asked "sure" I said

"So what are you all gonna do for the talent show? Phoebe asked "I'll sing obviously" I answered

"I'll dance" Sophia said and she loves dancing

Ever since we were young, she loved dancing and she took dance lessons, ballet lessons, and salsa dance lessons

"Can I dance with you?" Phoebe and Kendra said at the same time

"Sure" Sophia said "what should we dance?" Kendra asked

"Ooh let's dance Zoom by Jessi" Kendra suggests

"Yeah let's do it" Sophia said "What are you gonna sing?" Sophia turns to me

"Probably Best Friend's Brother by Victoria Justice" I said "is it because you like my brother?" Kendra said
