"Himeko are you sure about this...."Slid in the serum on her suit pocket, she turn to the man beside her who was going to enter the elevator to the main bridge.This man is the man she have been trying to seduce.Heh! he is a tough nut to crack but look at him his full with worries and anxious.The Captain of Hyperion is worried for her

"What, you want to marry me now?"She tease

"Haha even now you still— WAIT! YES YOU SAID YES!"Her face flustered.She is totally taken aback by it

His expression remain serious but even that couldn't hide how red he is right now and because of that Himeko is trying to hold her laughter.Not because it was rude just because it might hurt his pride

"Laugh all you want woman"And she laugh as it was the first laugh she ever done in her life.To him everything slow down as she laugh he could not take his eye off her.He know this maybe might be their last time he knew very well after all this is about Kiana and even he would do anything for that poor child

"Captain....?"Her eyes tell him that she is concern, but why? Why would her be concern but there she is showing him the truth.Her thumb wipe on the liquid on his cheek, tear.He is crying

"You're being ridiculous!"He wiped it off as soon as she mentioned but that couldn't hide anything his tears keep flowing through but his face tell otherwise it just like he lock himself from showing his fragile side

Himeko let her hand roam on his cheek.Gently her thumb wipe the wet surface off and he just broke, He hug as tight as possible like there is no tomorrow.Well in this case there might not.They took a few minutes before the Captain pull off

For once the man who is the Captain of Hyperion took a deep breath and look at her with determination

"Himeko Murata"Himeko smile before standing firm more to like a soldier when meeting their superior

"Per my order I need you to stop the Herrscher from any more rampaging that might cost more life"She gave him a very bright smile before saluting

"Then for one last time I pay respect to you Captain"His hand held up

"One more thing please give me your hand"Himeko comply as her hand rest on his.She was a bit surprised when he pulled out a small box where she could tell very well what it is.A ring were displayed, a beautiful golden ring with a small red ruby on it

Before she could response he place the ring on her ring finger

"I know that I have gave you many gifts before but this one shall be a connection between us a bond that will keep you going Major Himeko"His tone is relax yet endearing

"I wish you good luck Major"

Their eyes did not left each other only time will split it apart.Slowly Himeko step back and enter the elevator.Her finger rub the ring ruby before the door slid off
