Izuku Midorya was arrested by his classmates and All Might who don't believe him and are innocent. Meanwhile, the unknown location was where the USS Archwing was on ongoing patrol on a secret mission. The control room found the footage where their young president is held hostage and reported it to captain Helm and she high alerted her crew and Nikkes. They're briefed by the captain to rescue the president from corrupt heroes and police.
