Okay, so I want thank all the members for being engaging and responding ans sharing their ideas.
I just kind of took pieces of ideas given and put then together, though it is totally up to you guys to follow it or not, i will be taking your opinions but I think this the best most flexible idea we have right now.
Every week, a few days prior to promotion I will post a chapter for submission for the books going to be promoted for 5 genres, the first members from each genre to submit will be being promoted, so only 5 books per week.
Here's what makes it flexible, members who want to promote (even members who did not submit their books for promotion) can read the promotion book any one or more of choice, go to the comments of the promotion book on nexus tag the author's book you read from the list with your book you want them to read, and you can read all 5 books if you want to.
The reason I didn't do groups of 3-5 people is cause even if one of them is absent others use it as an excuse to lay of their work too, and it becomes really hard to keep track of who is doing what, but if it is really insisted i will
