"I'm sorry, sir." She was crying continuously while mumbling sorry.

Seeing the heavy rain outside, he said,"Ruhi, first let's go home and tell me everything there," he took her in his arms and helped her to sit in the car.

She was going all the way saying sorry which Ernest was not able to understand and he informed Rohan about her whereabouts.

Later, both of them were in Ernest's room and Mrs. Meena quickly brought her soup which he asked her to finish quickly so that they could continue the conversation while Meena was looking worried for her seeing her condition although she had applied medicine on her wounds and she went from there when Ernest sends her away saying that if needed he will call her.

As she finished the soup, he asked, looking at her, "Now tell me quickly why were you saying sorry to me and who is the behind of your this condition?"

Her face got pale and her hands were shaking as she heard his voice who was waiting for her to finish the soup quickly. She raised her head slowly and looked at him and said in a shaky voice, "I tried very hard," She took deep breath to continue seeing his frowning face, who was waiting for her to finish her.

He crossed his arms and said when she got stopped again, "Continue, Ruhi..."

She nodded her head repeatedly and said in one breath,"Sir, I tried very hard to take the paper from them, but they ran away with the papers. I'm sorry sir."

Ernest had an idea about which papers she was talking about, yet he asked shoving his hands in pockets, "Which papers, Ruhi?"

She stood up, and slowly moving towards him, "S..Sir, I took your sign on those papers without your knowing, but I swear, " She touched her neck, "I did not want to give them the papers. Today when you talked about shifting the room, I had kept it in my luggage and when I was coming here, some goons stole my luggage."

When she completed her words she observed his expressionless face.

"Don't puzzle me, tell me clearly on which paper you have taken my signature?" He asked with hostile glare which she also noticed.

She was fidgeting her fingers and swallowing constantly, "Sir, woh..."

"When you did not hesitate so much to take my signature, then tell me what kind of hesitation, are you having now?"

He taunted her in a way which directly changes her fear expression into guilt, she was already confused as to why he is so calm when she has betrayed him?

She nodded and guilt was showing clearly on her face, "I have taken your signatures on the shares papers of Vikram Sir and the land property of Surya Raja Saheb..." She completed her words by closing her eyes.

"Land property of Surya Raja saheb means... My Orphanage land," He thought in his mind and dangerous glimmered shone in his eyes as he understood what she did?

As he realised what she did, he could feel his heart pound and his blood pressure rise as he did all in his power to push down the rage, he yelled with his deep voice making her heart pounding and her legs trembling in fear," Ruhi, You Did what?! Repeat your words again!"

"Woh..."

He slammed her against the nearby wall, when she was standing looking down in muted condition which was enough to increasing his fury.

Till now he was thinking that Ruhi had taken his signature only on the share papers.

The land property paper, he didn't expect or imagine that she took his sign on them too.
