I'm getting a lot more shifts lately. I had several phantom shifts, usually wrapping my tail around myself or biting my tail.
I also had an involuntary shift today. I was setting up my computer for Minecraft when it happened, so I had to rush to my room before my mom noticed. I then walked around my room on all fours, then squeezed under the bed before the shift ended.
I think it was my first involuntary shift.
