"a white bird"

a small  bird..
sopping in silence
With feathers resemble the autumn leaves.

What happened to you?
You're beautiful like a dream!
so what could you fear?

And suddenly...
he was torn away from me,
With a gasp
I stepped back.

Watching him goes away...
To be taken
by the one who was once a friend.
She began to clip its wings.

With eyes that full of fear.
He started screaming and looked at me...

His screams intensifyed...
the sky never stopped weeping
And the blood continued dripping.
Then,
the wings have fallen into the ground.

With this happening
he averted his gaze from me
As if he saw the unseen shackles,
The ones that bind my hands with both  weakness and strength.

And at last...
When  she intended to kill him
I sobbed loudly,
Yet he didn't scream..
he just went quiet.

And I rushed  to save him,
But when I arrived,
all I found was blood and wings,
And a body silently writhing .

So,
I carried his body with weariness
his soul was tearing,
With every breath he took.

And he writhed for one last time,
I thought he  had returned to life.
And waited and waited...
But the dream had died.
And there was nothing  for me to return to.
