Kuan and zhenjin was preparing for going to their monthly routine check up. It's is their 7th months of pregnancy. that's why kuan take a day off for that .
It's first grandchild of wang family. In pregnancy zhenjin is looking so cute and chubby. He is very happy for having a life partner like Hai kuan who always taking care of him loving him.
