AIDEN PRACTICALLY TACKLED her the moment he burst through his door after they awoke that night. "Kai!" He grinned, jumping into her bed, causing her to yelp as her text book went flying out of her hands as she bounced from his rough landing.

"Aiden..." Kaia huffed out, but there wasn't nearly as much annoyance in her tone as she glanced towards him before she looked towards the door, tilting her head. "Where's Ben?"

Ever since Ben and Aiden started staying with them, Ben had occasionally joined the two in their late night hangouts, not all that often as he tried his hardest to get some sleep in while he could, but on particularly bad nights when he knows he's not sleeping, he joins them and the trio hang out, or attempt to study. Though most times it ended up with them playing some kind of video game or Ben doing Kaia's hair while she and Aiden played Minecraft together since he wasn't huge on video games like Aiden was and Kaia was growing to be. Admittedly, she rather liked the time she spent with the two boys, granted she'd rather spend it studying for their midterms, but she supposed this was an okay enough alternative as she knew she wasn't getting any studying done with Aiden around have the time unless she locked her door.

"He's baking with your mom right now." Aiden tells her as he settled himself on her bed, crossing his legs as he stared towards her with a smiled.

Kaia gave a small smile at that, "I swear she likes him more than me at this point." She gave a short snort as she leaned her back against her head rest, seeing him smiling at her with a look in his eyes that she had seen previously that night at the park, but she chose not to speak on it as she glanced away from him, contemplating her next words before she leaned her head back, staring up at her ceiling. "You know, my mom always wanted a boy, at least before she had me, I think that's why she likes having you two around so much."
