Opening up and reading through See You When I See You was like opening up one of Jenny Han's works (The Summer I turned Pretty, To All the Boys I've Loved Before, etc.), cuddling up with a good cup of tea, and knowing that — for the next couple of hours — you were safe, cradled, and in for a romantic (albeit complex) ride.
See You When I See You is an immensely strong work, one full of strong characterization and even stronger writing. I can very genuinely see this in bookstores! Josie's character is superbly crafted; her reasons behind why she is the way she is is all at once believable and endearing. It's easy to see why the characters in the work are charmed by Josie when we the readers are similarly charmed!
And the supporting cast! Oh! The drama is so juicy! You're adept at pacing, at showing us just the right scenes in just the right order, laying down the steps and breadcrumbs for readers to ravenously follow after.
Huge kudos!
