"MOM , MOM , where is my scrub(uniform for surgeons)? I left it in the living room last night , MOM, i am already late"

Her younger brother (Ali) who was getting ready for college , peeked into her room and started to laugh at his sister's frustration , she realized that he has something to do with her situation right now . She started to chase behind him shouting as he ran for his dear life still laughing , while running he spotted his mother taking the opportunity,  he hid behind her who looked at she unbothered and pointed at the couch behind her as she turned around and spotted her scrub , perfectly pressed , she squealed in happiness and kissed her mother's cheek lovingly , while still glaring at her brother , who rolled his eyes.

Eman" thank you so much mom, i don't know what i would ever do without you"

Ali:" You will probably spend your whole life blaming me for everything "

Eman : "shut up , Headache"

Ali: "hey! stop it "

MOM:" I am so done with the both of you , Eman when will you grow up? You are 24 already, weren't you getting late just now , have your breakfast and leave . You too Ali behave like a 17 year old , hurry up kids"

"YES MOM" both Eman and Ali said in unison and saluted dramatically like soldiers .

After breakfast , Eman drops Ali at his school and continues her journey towards her hospital , preparing herself for the long day awaiting her.

Eman quickly parks her car in the parking lot and rushes inside the hospital casually greeting everyone on her way with a pleasant smile . She walks towards her office with head held high and calls out for the nurse who informs her about her routine of daily checkup.

Nurse : "Dr. Eman , the patient in room no. 05 is recovering very fast , but we are afraid he isn't willing to have a surgery" Eman frowned before asking

Dr.Eman :" Why ? is everything alright?

Nurse:" Yes Dr. , he is just scared of needles and afraid that he might lose his life , according to him he is too young to die "

Dr.Eman : " isn't he 60?

Nurse smiled before nodding her head as yes. Eman chuckled along with the nurse.

Dr.Eman :" Don't worry , I will handle him, by the way i remember you mentioned your mother being sick , is she alright now?

the nurse's face lit up , she smiled and informed Eman about her mother's health status also thanking her for her acknowledgment and the medicines that she prescribed.

Dr. Eman :" I am going on rounds now "

Eman walked into the hospital ward, her white coat fluttering behind her. She was greeted by the warm smiles of her patients, who had come to adore her kindness and compassion.

"Dr. Eman, my angel!" cried Mrs. Khan, an elderly patient who had been under Eman's care for weeks. "I'm so much better today, all thanks to you!"

Eman beamed with pride as she examined Mrs. Khan's reports. "You're indeed doing much better, Mrs. Khan. Keep up the good work!"

Next, she stopped by Ahmed's bedside, a young boy who had undergone a successful surgery under her skilled hands. "How's my little champion today?" she asked, ruffling his hair.

Ahmed grinned, his eyes sparkling. "I'm feeling great, Dr. Eman! Can I go home soon?"

Eman chuckled. "Soon, Ahmed. But first, let's get you strong enough to run around and play, okay?"

As she finished her rounds, Eman felt a sense of fulfillment wash over her. This was why she became a doctor – to make a difference, one patient at a time.

After a long day at hospital , Eman started packing up , ready to leave , yet before she left she checked up on everything then sat in her car and drove off to her home.

"ASSALAM O ALAIKUM" Eman yelled as soon as she entered the house , upon reaching the living room area she spotted her brother preparing for his finals.

Eman :"what happened ? you look like you were hit by a truck?" Eman smirked while asking .

Ali:" well, not exactly by a truck but i guess i am about to be hit by mom's sandal if i fail this time."

Eman frowned and asked :" why would you fail? your sister is a well reputed senior doctor at such a young age , don't you dare to fail. I will go fresh up then we will study together."

Ali's face lit up with satisfaction and excitement as he asked if she was really willing to help him .

Eman:" yeah , only this time "

Ali being over joyed immediately hugged his sister as she remained frozen in shock.

Ali :" I LOVE YOU , you are the best sister ever"

Eman:" I love myself too, and i know i am the best, now let go of me , you stinky monster"

Ali pouted as Eman laughed ruffling his hair and went upstairs . After freshening up she started to teach Ali . After some hours she gave up being exhausted as she stood up and realized it's time for maghrib . she immediately did her ablution and started praying.

Eman's devotion to her faith was inspiring. She performed her Salah with precision and grace, her movements a testament to her dedication. She would begin by facing the Qibla, her heart focused on the Divine. With each rak'ah, she would recite the verses of the Quran with clarity and conviction, her voice barely above a whisper.

As she concluded her prayer, Eman would sit in contemplative silence, her hands raised in du'a. Her supplications were heartfelt, seeking guidance, wisdom, and compassion. She would then seal her prayer with the customary Tasleem, her eyes closed, her soul at peace.

After reciting the quran ,Eman's mother called her for dinner , folding her prayer mat Eman kept it aside and went downstairs to have her meal.

The family had their dinner with very light discussions , after dinner everyone went into their rooms as Eman grabbed a book  from her collections and sat on her bed ready to read , she took out her journal and started writing her favorite parts.

"Modesty is the gentle art of enhancing your charm by pretending not to be aware of it." - Oliver Herford

"Modesty is not only an ornament, but also a guard to virtue." - Joseph Addison

"Modesty is the beauty of women." - Prophet Muhammad

"The true beauty of a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows, and the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years." - Audrey Hepburn

After Eman finished reading her book , she smiled , hugged her book and fell asleep, not before having a heartfelt conversation with ALLAH(S.W.T).
