Yeah I know you're probably getting sick of me just throwing out ideas, but in my head it's better than them just sitting on my hard drive and waiting for me ten years from now to find them and delete them. Plus, I have been stuck inside for about 3 weeks, just grinding out my dissertation. My project also involved me going to the National Archives in London, and listed the Ted Lasso pub while in the area. Thankfully it's all done now, around 55 pages, 11,800 words and about a 100 references I got one exam next week and then I'm all done with University. 3 years of my life would be done and dusted, well until I start my Masters that is.
Really just wanted an excuse to update something without spending hours typing out a chapter and editing lol
This will have some light ideas and at the end, some random edits I've made. Might show up in a story, might not who knows.

Raise the Black
So yeah, after writing nearly a 12K research project on pirates tempted to do a story. I did mention this a while back, and I've refined some stuff. This would only cover the first three movies, cause On Stranger Tides and Dead Men Tell No Tales are just weird. Also I have beef with Stranger Tides for what it does to Blackbeard.
So yeah, Sydney Sweeney would play an OC either named Serena or Lyra. And well there's an edit for her 'other' self.

Y/N would start as an actual member of Blackbeards crew, who would soon set out for Revenge on the Pearl for killing Thatch. (Yes his name was Edward Thatch not Teach, if you think his name is Teach you're wrong) Little rant, but god damn, On Stranger Tides apparently takes place in 1750, and Blackbeard historically died in 1718. God dammit Disney, you had one job, am I mad that a Disney movie has a character alive three decades after he should've died yes. Cause by the time the 4th and 5th movies take place the Golden Age of Piracy long ended, the Golden Age ended in 1725 just hire a historian or just set up a proper timeline dammit.
Anyway
Blackbeard would be played by the late Ray Stevenson, cause after watching Black Sails he did an outstanding job with the role and really encapsulated the strategist Thatch really was.
