An alibi of love,
A dark and midnight sky.
Hath young and adolescent souls,
Driven by the remedy of the break of dawn.
Shall its intents neglect to succeed,
For time of all things, rescinds innocence.
And light indeed triumphs,
Not due to persistence,
But by season.
And a defense for love,
Shall not be assigned by potency,
But by unprompted vigor.
