❇Ivy's POV❇
Mom took me to go and get stuff to decorate my room, my walk-in closet, and my bathroom.
I got my mattress from the truck back today and I ended up decorating everything in pink, mostly. Its all pretty girly. I'm not a super girly I
just like girly stuff.
I really like it, but I might redecorate in the future.
I went in the kitchen to see mom and dad dancing and singing to some old song while cooking.
I giggled. "Well aren't y'all cheery." I said stuffing a piece of bread in my mouth.
"Hey, Ivy." Mom said.
"Hello, darling." Dad also said, before kissing mom.
They continued cooking.
"Can I go to the beach?" I asked.
"Yeah. We'll call whenever we are done." She replied.
I nodded and pursed my lips.
I jumped from the high stool I was sitting on and went and changed into a bikini with a swimsuit cover over it.
I walked to the beach and saw some people playing volleyball.I loved volleyball back home.
I walked up to a girl and asked "Could I play?"
She glared at me.
"Who are you?" She asked quite harshly.
"I'm new here..." I said.
"No. You can't play." She said as a few girls giggled.
"You can play on my team." I heard someone say. I turned my head to see a petite brunette. She was glaring at this girl.
"Ugh, okay. If you wanna lose Delilah." She said rudely.
She didn't even know if I knew how to play or if I was good or bad. Oh she is so going down.
She served the ball and I hit it back and got them out.
I heard 'Ooohs' from my side everytime we gave their side a strike.
Finally, curious, I looked to my side to see Olson and another boy sitting on the sand.
I scoff and serve the ball. She missed it and got a strike. Again.
