I'm alright she said trying to calm herself down
Sitting on the toilet
Her head is buried in her head
" I'm okay I'm alright "
She repeated
But we all know she really isn't
Behind the mask
She's falling apart
Her heart is racing
Her vision is blocked my tears
She's slowly suffocating
Trying to pick herself up
She fakes smiles and goes out pretending nothing happened
