Everything Hurts

There are times when although nobody dims the lights, the room is darker.
Times when even though nothing has gone wrong, your heart feels like it is simultaneously in your stomach yet caught in your throat.
Times when lifting your arms and moving your legs, seem just a little more difficult to do.
