Tears flow with a purpose
They flow when we're happy
They flow when we're sad
They pour down when we're confused
And even when we're mad
Behind each drop, there is a story to tell
A different emotion expressed with each tear that fell
And with every drop that falls on your cheek
Doesn't mean that you're weak
It only shows that you let your feelings speak
By keeping it in you only hurt yourself
And when it breaks through you drawn everyone else.
So let your feeling come out when they should
Don't worry if they misunderstood
It's your health and feelings here at stake
So don't hold it in await
Show the emotions you want to show
So that everyone else will know
That you should let your feelings flow
And that is the best way to go
