Ya know what? I probably would be vegetarian if my family wasn't on a meat diet basically. I do make sure we get our food from quality sources though. For example, a place that only gives their cows grass and doesn't shut their chickens into boxes.

I am wondering which foods you get most of your protein and iron from? It's detrimental for me to have enough iron or else I get tunnel vision frequently.

@xXTheNerdyPersonXx Thanks! I'll sure try my best to not eat meat.

@xXTheNerdyPersonXx sorry XD I'll try again
It's extremely hard to find places that are cruelty free - at the end of the day, the meat industry is the business of killing animals. I'd highly recommend becoming vegetarian or pescatarian (incorrect spelling XD) because no matter where you source your meat I can almost guarantee that there'll be cruelty involved

Quorn is a good source of protein, as are pulses (like lentils) and nuts. Kale, spinach and other leafy green stuff is good for iron. I' m on an iron supplement atm as a result of celiac's disease so I'm not a great example of health on a veggie diet XD

Mo Farah (British olympic runner) is vegetarian, as are a lot of other sportspeople who I can't name right now XD

But yeah, vegetarianism has loads of health benefits if you do it right and you're also not responsible for countless animals' suffering
