Christina Anne Hawthorne

You've found me. Me, Christina Anne Hawthorne. Me, the foremost expert on the World of Ontyre, a fantasy world where I can tell all manner of stories.
My first and biggest project was to write a 5-book fantasy series for my heroine, Riparia Dellbane. Three books are drafted, plus it's spawned a prequel. I'm finishing out the year (2021) drafting the 4th and 5th books together. I always think of them that way so that's what I'm going to do. They've also spawned a novel and novella about a special girl named Kasaria Garthing.

Their stories take place on the continent of Tremjara in the dystopian nation of Carrdia. Riparia, who's a messenger for the rebels, is drawn deeper into the conflict as she realizes her part is bigger than she realizes. And that what existed before Carrdia isn't what she's always been told.

I also write stories for the island nation of Pannulus off the coast of Tremjara, a nation more advanced because its isolation spared it the catastrophe that engulfed the mainland. In Pannulus, there's technology and it looks a bit like the 1920s.

Pannulus stories are less about adventure and more about social issues, like the hatred my gender spirited heroine, Zephtasha Barcaine, encounters in Cather. Or there's Talma Royal, fighting an addiction and trying to track down the killer who tortured her. Another is Tharlise Martavien, a lesbian professor drawn into mentoring a group of seven teens with extraordinary abilities and backgrounds. None, though, is as extraordinary as the truth lurking in her forgotten heritage.

Pannulus has spawned numerous short stories, novelettes, novellas, and four novels. Yes, I need to release all these into the world.
