I don’t have a consistent schedule, which is evident from the random updates of my main book—sometimes once or thrice a week, or sometimes not at all for a few weeks. However, it’s different for my Acheron book; I've committed to a weekly release every Saturday because I don't like to break promises unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
As for motivation, reading other people's books often inspires me to write more. It feels like I’m absorbing their energy, as cheesy as that might sound. Also, some artwork I come across on Pixiv or Twitter sparks ideas. I hope this answers your question. Once again, my apologies for the delayed reply
