Hi how are you and I finished reading your book series Secrets. I was just wondering when is freedom in words coming out?

I started out writing at midnight, ready to start 2024 on a good note. Finally loving writing and creating stories again. Finally able to sit down and write thousands of words instead of stare at a blank screen for hours or avoid my office. Made a goal of 522 hours of writing and finish a book Dec31.
          
          That lasted a whole two days. 
          
          On the 2nd, I spent 5+ hours writing, finished a CH, moved onto the next CH, got 1300 words into it on onedrivelive, (which I've been using since 2016, even in Uni when I had free 365, because the last time I saved directly to my computer my hard drive crashed and I lost everything. Saving online is the only reason I didn't fail my first year when my hard drive crashed again. )
          
          Anyway, well now onedrive doesn't auto capitalize I  or I'm anymore, which honestly is such a huge issue, I simply cannot continue on there. But for $155 can buy word or $70 a year for 365 (per the customer service rep that tried to gaslight me after 2 hours of trying to fix it that this was never a feature of onedrive) I'm spiteful, I'm not paying a penny to Microsoft now. 
          
          So I'm like okay, google docs. Let's go over there. NOPE they don't do it either. 
          
          Had a meltdown. 
          
          Googled for options. Found Scrivener. Did the free trial because hey, a program that only has a one time purchase instead of being 50-70 a year, meant for writers, has screenwriting formats as well? I can click start a new novel project and will format for novels? Excellent. 
          
          ANNNNNDDDD it WILL NOT format for novels, I've tried everything. It says in the settings that it's supposed to look like one thing but when you type it won't do it. 
          
          Y'all, we're only 4 days into this year and I'm already over it and it's already testing my sanity. I almost threw all my notebooks away in a rage and deleted everything I've ever written (And accidently deleted everything on my desktop and cleared it from the trash so it's gone gone) 
          
          Send good vibes or some marbles, because I've lost all of both those.

          My 2023 writer wrap up. How much time I spent writing and story planning this year. Going from 1 hour to 5 hours a month to 68 hours for NaNoWriMo last month to 49.9 hours this month. 
          
          This year has seen so many ups and downs. For the first time I finished NaNoWriMo. I finally started truly writing again after covid and university destroyed my joy and confidence in myself. I wouldn't trade uni for the world though, it was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. For the first time since graduation, I see my education paying off. I notice the quality of writing. I automatically correct mistakes I never would have caught before. My story planning is second nature now. I use my course books. 
          
          And to see everything come together, I'm just really proud of myself despite this year being so bad for so many people for so many reasons. 
          
          Here's to growth, writing more, and 2024.

So how much is too much for graphic triple x detailed spicy scenes?  Because I get started and 3k words later... It's still going for like the key spicy scenes, not EVERY one. Or I plan a spicy scene to specifically take up 2 chapter and it's like 8k words. Should I tone it down? Or just roll with it.
          
          I know my lecturers would go on about purple prose, but I like purple so ‍♀️ 

I've been socializing with non writers and readers and it's absolutely destroying my self confidence in my characters and writing.
          
          I know it sounds petty right now but I hate neurotypical people at this moment.

          I really do understand people want the draft original version of Dominating Desires that Wattpad pulled. I would put it back up on here if I could. 
          
          However if Wattpad pulled it twice, they're not going to let me have it up again without pulling it. So I have no idea where to post it, since it's not edited for something like KU/Amazon.
          
          I've been looking into other places to post it, but I just don't have hundreds of dollars a year to post it independently. 
          
          If anyone has an idea on a platform that won't pull it, or a way to do a free ebook that doesn't cost a bunch of money a year, let me know.
          
          I love all of you but we are a military family on these great depression wages in a terrible economy, and I can't have all those expenses right now, especially when we'll be moving yet again in less than a year.

Have you ever thought of publishing Secrets in Silence? My husband and I read the series in high school and were just talking about how it would be such an amazing movie or series to watch! All the love!
