SAO Last Recollection (The new AAA game after Lycoris) is written by the same author of Violet Evergarden, Kana Akatsuki-san.
I had hoped that finally I will get a meaningful SAO game with actual depth in both character storytelling and plot, alas it's still an SAO game.
Fanservice, needless exposition, disrespectful takes on existing character's personalities... It's a mess.
I'm confident Akatsuki-san was pushed to write some scenes a certain way, so I can't blame her.
My enemy here is the culture of Japan's modern creative thinkers. They insisted there'd be a push for folly. They're what's holding the progress of evolution back.
This fuels my desire to stop this from happening any further.
As Heaven Descends will be my best symphony, and I'll be sure to give it the respect it deserves. I won't abandon a character just because they're unpopular in the eyes of greedy scum.

@FilosofoOscuro They seem to completely wipe her out of the picture in the gameverse's story despite there being demands. I don't get why they're so reluctant at letting Yuuki into Underworld, she would've been great. The only thing stopping me from playing the game is the fact that Yuuki isn't there.

Alice is a dead character, more deceased than her supposed former love interest, Eugeo.
Asuna is an irresponsible lover, letting women all around Kirito actively challenge her to a tug of war.
If you want to have 2 possible, clearly smitten love interests, do it better than whatever the hell these two have.

Ahem, I got into the course I wanted for college! My interview was taken really well and I'll be studying English for Professional Communication at a nearby university. The past month has been filled with me preparing for my entrance sometime soon, which explains the very late update on Chapter 57.

That said, you should expect further releases to happen monthly from now on, given that I will be occupied with school and personal events. Don't worry though, so long as I love writing, I'll always come back.

Just found out Sayaka Kanda, the voice actress of Yuna, died more than a year ago. Considering how much I love Yuna this realisation breaks me.
@hazey_raes It's a tragedy, yeah. I loved Sayaka's vocals on "longing" and "delete". She's truly a star in her own way.
Dont you just love it when you finally get a scene done right after failing at it for hours?
You just cant seem to convey the setting, dialogue and mannerism right and it stresses you out. Then you try out something new and work your way around the idea, only to land on a splendid execution.
Im relieved I managed to make this work.
