Hi! I'm a fan of writing, reading, musical theater, and Netflix.  
I write poetry, fiction, and I blog. I write because it flows through my veins like blood and oxygen. When it doesn't flow, I wait. Usually it all comes to me in "flashes of inspiration." (A term that a friend of mine introduced, and it stuck) 
Reading is an addiction for me. I joined this site two days ago, and it's already becoming dangerous. But I believe reading is the best way to strengthen the mind and imagination, while making a healthy escape from reality. I just have to remember to pull myself out of the pages often enough to enjoy the splendor of life. Because reality holds some extraordinary stories too. 
Music and musicals are a daily part of my life. Spotify is anoother one of my addictions. I think I listen to pretty much every type of music. Not a huge fan rap though, except for Lecrae.  HUGE fan of Phantom of the Opera, My fair Lady, and Les Miserables. 
As for Netflix, Psych, Once Upon a Time, and Sherlock are my current fandoms. I plan on trying to write some fan fics eventually. 
Oh, and how could I forget! An explanation of my username. I grew up loving Anne of Green Gables, and I still think Gilbert is adorable. And Pride and Prejudice is one of my top favorite books and movies.
