I'm a lifetime writer, been writing since I could spell. I only recently built up the courage to start posting my work a few years ago. The only full book I've written is 'The Corruption Within', but it's a rough draft and the second edition edit (Not professionally edited, still needs work) is only a few chapters in. I mostly write 1-4 chapters of stories I have in my head at the time. 

As far as my reasons to write, I want people to enjoy what they read, I like to help people leave reality for a few hours to enter a world they can imagine and create in there minds through the use of words. Life is stressful and it makes me feel good to help with that stress. I have a very limited selection of readers as I've only posted on a writers group, numbering 22 people. 

Without feedback, I tend to stop writing certain stories as I feel there is no point if people don't enjoy it. 

Most of my writing is based on Science Fiction and Fantasy. The majority of my work is supernatural such as Werewolves and Vampires. I vary between stories as to the timeline and setting. I've written science fiction with futuristic space settings, I've done some fantasy work in a purely fictional world with magic and monsters, and I've done a few horror stories as well. As far as romance, I wouldn't classify any story as a romance specifically, but they do have elements within that could fit that profile. 

I used to live in Sedro Woolley, WA so I use the surrounding areas for my story locations, focusing mostly on Seattle in a fictional setting. I use few landmarks and instead create my own locations and streets.

I hope anyone who takes the time to read what I've published enjoys it and I'm willing to write more if anyone asks.
