I know my chapter is called thinspiration but please don't look it up. Reading one of the insulting quotes actually made me tear up. It makes you feel worthless. EATING IS NECESSARY TO LIVE PEOPLE! No matter what the little voice inside your head says, don't starve. Your being selfish if you starve yourself, think of your family and how devastated they would be if you died because of thinking you're too fat. If you are starving yourself or making yourself vomit every time you eat, you can get help. Search eating disorder clinic in _____ state. Get help loves.
