Hello everyone well I just wanted to talk and everyone is busy so here I am wanting to talk to anyone who wants to 
          
          Fun fact about me I love science 
          
          Do you know why it is not good to drink water after eating ? 
          
          Let me tell you it’s because after eating when we drink water it dilutes the enzymes that are released for the food breakdown and the diluted enzymes makes complications in the breakdown process so that’s why it’s not good to drink water after eating you can drink water in between or before you start eating
