Rain Matuhi

Hi, 
  My name is Rain and I'm an anti-social introvert. I've been a reading addict since I was five years old, when I discovered a pile of 'Spiderman' and 'Mad' comics in one of the older kids rooms (other girls played with barbies, but my Wonder Woman doll towered over their puny blonde bimbos). 
  I love Werewolves, Paranormal, Erotic  Romance, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Regency Romance, Murder Mystery, and Young Adult. While these are my favorites, there aren't any genres I won't try if the story line grabs my attention. 
  I spend far too much of my life reading, but devote almost as much time to writing, drawing and painting. It's been a wonderful revelation to find this community of creative people here at Wattpad, sharing their work and ideas. 
  I've never been published, so I'm trying out writing here in the hopes that having an audience will help me keep up my writing momentum, and steer me straight when I'm going off course. 
  A rejection letter told me once that the main character in my book wasn't likable enough. Another one (for a different book) told me I spent too much time on world building. I'm trying to fix these defects and am hoping the readers will let me know when I'm overdoing the description, or if my characters aren't sympathetic.
  Rejected Mate (a werewolf story, of course), is to be my first book on Wattpad. It's a trope I like, but it also frustrates me when it's used for the masochistic purpose of condoning cheating and violence against women. I've put a less cliched spin on it, and hopefully haven't strayed too far from the things about the trope that create tension.
