Get comfortable in you're bedroom and play a movie on low audio for you to get some rest easier, Make sure to have some snacks and eat((If you can't manage normal food at least have an ice lolly, Ice cream, Yogurt or something like that)), Make sure have loads of water((cold if you can, It helps more)) and perhaps milk and orange juice! Have some medicine of any kind that could help and you can take.
