Woah it’s been a while,
          	For starters I just wanted to say thank you guys all so much for the support! Recently writers block has been a struggle for me but I have found a remedy…
          	
          	Tumblr
          	
          	I’ve started posting my ao3 stories and MORE on Tumblr @Lizardboiii!! Please check it out as I post way more often on there and I also now take requests!
          	
          	Anger management plus some One Piece scenarios are up. Soon I’ll have Deception up, but that leads me into the next topic.
          	
          	I’ve had a couple messages from individuals about another Golden Kamuy story that has a similar Usami/Ogata scene to the one in my story. I have no intention of outing anybody on either side.
          	
          	I’ve read the story on my own and I have seen a comment regarding the situation already. I wanted to thank that person as I believe the writer community should always look out for one another.
          	
          	But that also means I’ve seen the author’s response to the comment. I understand that people can and WILL write similar scenes/stories accidentally. In all honesty this is a ‘she said he said’ situation because there is no “exact” copying occurring.
          	
          	I have no ill will towards this author nor am I angry. I think this author has a very creative story that has its own unique plot points and situations. Unfortunately, we seem to just have one scene that is incredibly similar.
          	
          	I’ll leave this comment with you guys as I have no interest in creating a huge ordeal about this. Thank you so much to everyone who was concerned, and I hope the author continues their story with their best interest!

Of course! I believe your word that you had no intention of plagiarism/copying scenes from any works and appreciate how respectful you’ve been. Please don’t let this tricky situation discourage you in any way. Writing is an incredible tool to express yourself to an audience and should always be genuine. Keep up the good work but always be mindful of both your own and other’s hard work that goes into creating pieces of writing!

Thank you for clearing this up, I swear I didn’t mean to do that on purpose. I’m trying my best to write this story in a way that’s mine and the fact that there’s a scene that’s really similar has me really flustered since it’s so out of the world to me. Like- “what the heck ” kind of thing . Thank you for this announcement, you truly do have a way with words! (Your wording in this is really nice, like the formatting and transitioning is super well done)

Waaaaaa pls continue the golden kamuy stories.... The opening was amazing, it made me giggling and screaming alone..! But it's getting even more confusing at the end... However it's my favourite so far! Please reconsider continuinf itttt ✨ I love youuuuuuuuu mwamwa
