More people began to fill the gym to practice, and you were quickly growing tired. After your brother kept recommending you retire for the night, you finally gave in, waving goodnight to everyone and letting Kei guide you to your room. The girls were already getting into bed, and your brother reminded them to get him if there were any problems.

That night, you ended up having a nightmare. You saw the girls who used to make fun of you, and in your dreaming head, they were merciless. You woke up, soaked in your own sweat and tears streaming down your face.

You were used to being alone during these nightmares, with maybe only your brothers to help you, so your first thought was to go somewhere to be alone. Looking at your phone, you see its about 2am, so you changed into some sweats, and leaving your room and closing the door lightly.

You walk around for awhile, calming yourself and finding an empty classroom. You take a seat in one corner of the room and go back to sleep, finding comfort in your distance from others. The time it took left a toll on you so it wasn't very surprising for you to find yourself sleeping in.

What was a surprise to you, is how you woke up. You hear a lot of yelling in the halls.

"She's not in here!"

"Are you sure she's not still in her room?"

"Where could she have gone?"

"Y/N! Where are you?"

"Guys! I have her!"

You feel someone lift you up bridal style and you immediately open your eyes. You find yourself in the large arms of one of the Aoba Johsai members. "Oh good, you are awake. We were getting worried about you, and your brother asked us all to help find you." You nod, trying to understand the situation.

You look at him with a questioning look and point to his chest. "My name? I'm Iwaizumi Hajime from Aoba Johsai. It's nice to meet you."

He carried you all the way to the cafeteria where your brother was waiting on a bench, practically on the verge of tears. "Y/N! Where did you go? Why didn't you at least leave a note or take your phone with you?!"

You pat on Iwaizumi's shoulder to signal he can put you down now and you wrap your brother in a hug.

The two of you walk into the cafeteria where people sighed in relief at the sight of you, and probably would have come up to you if they didn't see your brother next to you, who was struggling to keep up his usual face.

Kiyoko and Yachi bring the two of you a plate and sit at a table with you. Oikawa, Bokuto, Akaashi, and Iwaizumi soon join you quietly. After a few minutes of silence, your brother signs something to you.

Why did you run away ? I was so worried about you. Though only Oikawa could understand what he said, everyone else at your table had turned to look at the conversation between you and your brother.

I...Well...It came back... You were very quiet and Kei was taken aback.

"Y/N, why didn't you just come and get me? You know I wouldn't mind." Oikawa was just as confused as the rest.

I'm used to handling them alone. I just needed some space and went for a walk. I didn't mean to worry you. I'm so sorry, Kei. He nodded. "We can talk more about this later. Akiteru wanted to call us and check in tonight anyway." You simply nod and finish eating.

The rest of the day was quiet, and you took a nap when you had time after lunch. After you finished cleaning up, you and your brother went back to his room and sit down. The others were all elsewhere so it was quiet. Kei pulled out his phone to facetime Akiteru.

"Hey! How are my favorite siblings in the whole wide world?" You smile to say you are okay when your brother nudges you.

"Tell him. He was always able to help you better anyway."

"What do you mean, Kei? Did something happen?"

You hold your hands up to the camera so he can see you sign. The nightmares came back. I'm scared...

Akiteru comforted you and guided Kei in the right direction to help you. When the call ended, you felt a lot better and safer, and you went to sleep without a nightmare, or at least not one so severe.

The rest of the training camp passed in a blur. Though people were surprised by your talent, they knew it was hard to stay in contact with someone who didn't talk. You exchange numbers with Oikawa, Iwaizumi, Bokuto, and Akaashi at least, and they said to keep in touch.

The girls got better at signing and soon were able to understand important phrases you might need to say, so they knew how to help you in many situations, like if you were lost, hurt, or even had lost your phone and notebook as they were really the main way you talked to others

You woke up one Friday morning and immediately froze. Something was wrong, and you could feel it. You walked around the house and suddenly it hit you. You were home alone.

Kei had left you.
