I rolled over in the bed and grabbed my phone to turn off the rain drop sounds I had playing, call me a bitch if you want to I don't care it helps me sleep better and I'll rather be sleep then be up in the middle of the night fighting my demons or having nightmares about my past and shit
it doesn't help me sleep like a baby but it helps me get at least 3 hours
