Anxiety has been tearing me apart from the inside the entire day; all because of that one stupid kiss. Well, maybe it wasn't just a single kiss; we basically made out for about ten minutes, but the point stays the same; it makes me worried. Especially since he hasn't showed up to any of our courses today, which is rather unusual. I know him as a guy who never misses a lesson; no matter what the circumstances may be, he always shows up, so this behavior from him seems very suspicious; almost like he is trying to avoid me.

Although, to be honest, I'm also kind of glad, as I'm not feeling brave enough to address it yet; specifically because it brought up certain things I previously wasn't aware of. Nonetheless, now it's not the ideal time to ponder about it; I have a more important task to finish.

As always, I've been assigned the task of locking up the whole gym complex, since I'm the only one who stays here this late. Some may find it a quite bothersome responsibility, but I enjoy the peace of the massive building when nobody's here. It's quite refreshing, as I get a ton of time to reorganize my thoughts, whereas during the day it's more or less impossible to focus on anything else than training.

The task itself isn't too difficult either; I just have to go around the complex and lock doors; something a five year old could do. Just gotta make sure I don't lock myself in here, as that would be a thoroughly regretful experience.

Once I'm at the last door - about to head back into my dormitory - I hear a set of footsteps coming from my left side. Before they manage to startle me too much, I realize it's a very familiar being; Uriah, of course. I could recognize that silhouette from kilometers away.

"Seven?" He calls out my name. "There you are; I figured I would find you here."

Great, now I'll have to face him. Well, let's at least stay confident, so he doesn't think something is wrong. "Oh, Uri, how nice of you to show up. What caused you to miss like everything we had today?"

"I-" he stutters; another unusual thing for him. "Ugh, I just wanted to address what happened yesterday; we both know what I'm talking about."

We do, unfortunately. Looks like I won't avoid this. "Oh, that, I mean- I wanna say sorry, but- why would you creep on me like that? You had to know something would happen if you kept teasing me."

"Well, yes, you are right, and I wanna apologize for that. I guess I took it a bit too far, but I swear the original intent wasn't to take advantage of your not-so-great self-control skills; I just wanted to fluster you a little."

"Hm, yeah, next time you wanna kiss me - you know - just ask."

"That's the point; I did not even want to kiss you! Again, the goal was just to make you blush, not to have a full-blown make-out session! But I lost control over it, and you know what happened next."

"I- I do."

"So, one more time, sorry for making you do something you did not want to do."

Honestly, who said I did not want to make out with him? Yes, maybe not under these conditions, but over all, it was a highly enjoyable experience.

"I will try to think ahead a bit more before I decide to tease you." He continues.

"Um, yeah. That would be nice." I stare into the distance; contemplating if I should tell him that I actually enjoyed it. "You know, I can't say I didn't like it." I decide to confess. "Truth be told, apart from the whole how we got to that point, I actually enjoyed it a lot."

He appears somewhat struck by my confession, but soon after, a smug smile crawls onto his face. "Well, obviously you enjoyed it; after all, it was me who you were kissing."
