She picked through the keys and went went down to the garage and got in her rolls Royce with red guts and drove to the mall she got out blowing bubbles with her gum and popping it she closed the door locked it and started to walk to the entrance
The group of guys gathered at the front smiled at her she looked away unfazed she crossed the street and went in she hummed to herself and went in a few clothing stores then backed up st a shoe store looking inside she tilted her head then went in and tried on some shoes and looked st the boxes staked beside her
Y-"I said 3 that's 7"
She got up and sighed
Y-"everytime"
She pulled out her phone
Jay-"hello"
Y-"can u go in my shoe closet and make sure I don't have these already"
Jay-"again"
Y-"yeah"
He sighed
Lani-"I do it"
Y-"thank u mama"
Lani-"welcome"
She took the phone
Lani-"ouu food"
Cam-"aht- lani"
Lani ran upstairs with a mouth full of food yn shook her head yn showed her the shoes
Lani-"u have the 4th ones already and their clean"
Y-"only one"
Lani-"yup"
She sighed put them back and tapped on the stack of boxes looking for someone to help her a guy came over to her
??-"u need help"
Y-"yeah"
??-"why didn't u ask for help"
Y-"because I'm stubborn"
??-"honesty is rare I appreciate it"
She smiled and nodded making him smile he carried her boxes to the counter the cashier looked around the boxes
Cashier-"your buying these"
Y-"yup"
She tilted her head giving him a look he asked no further questions and scanned them
Y-"ouu one more"
She walked off and grabbed one more pair and came back
Y-"and deez"
She put them on the counter he looked at her
Y-"something wrong"
Cashier-"your scraping the top of 600 dollars"
Y-"oh ok"
Cashier-"...still all of this"
Y-"I can add another"
Cashier-"no no I'm asking if your paying for this"
Y-"yes...unless u want me to just steal it or something there's people behind me and this is kind of holding them up"
??-"I can go half with u"
Y-*laughs I'm not broke I have plenty of money if that's what your worried about
The Cashier shrugged
??-"I mean-"
