Grace pov

Today was the day me and dd leave for Miami and I couldn't wait I needed a break and a get away from everything that happened yesterday my face was still purple so I had too wear makeup over it but sometimes I t was hard too do that when it still hurts so much I made sure it was covered good enough then went back into the room checking my back making sure I have everything before we leave it was around 10:30 at night and we leave at 12:00

I grab all my things then went downstairs and dd was on his phone texting once he sees me he quickly puts his phone away but I was too dead inside right now too even care too be honest

Grace: you ready ?

I said a little dry and he looked at me confused he tried touching me face but I didn't want him too I didn't want anybody too

Dd: my bad yu good tho ?
Grace: yeah I'm let's just go okay
Dd: ight

6 hours later

I didn't really say much The Whole car too the airport or the whole flight I just couldn't stop thinking about everything that happened it was really messing with did he really not want me too come back home

Dd: Ash !!

Dd yelled getting my attention as we stood in the now Miami airport I looked at him finally

Grace: sorry what ?
Dd: I said are ride is here I got us a som nice to drive around in for the week
Grace: okay

We made it outside and it was sunny and hot asf why did I wear Jean's and this long as shirt knowing we was coming here my dumb ass
Dd took my hand walking us over too a neon yellow and green like jeep it was cute and nice thought can't like

Dd grabbed my bag for me putting it in the back of the car along with his things we both get in then pulled off I just let my window down enjoying the ride , cool air and the view was amazing Miami was amazing I was starting too love it already
