Grace was waken up by a slap to the face, she groaned opening to eyes to only see darkness which confused her before she realized Scoobys paw was over her face, with an annoyed Huff she moved it before snuggling into whatever she was laying on
It was weird because they had falling asleep on the beach and there was no towel under her but her head layed on a warm and pretty comfy pillow?
Daphne called out to the group and grace seemed to wake up fully due to the franticness of her tone and she looked around in a bit of a daze for a second before looking down her eyes meeting brown ones
Shaggy stared up at her with slightly wide eyes, her hands planted on his chest due to her pushing herself up right the two stared at each other for a few more seconds before a whistle was heard and they looked to see Daphne, Scooby and the blonde looking at them
Daphne and Scooby had smug looks, Scooby being the one who whistled raised his eye brows as he looked at shaggy who's face went beet red
The two were quick to jump off of each other scrambling to there feet and brushing off the sand as Daphne shook her head before turning serious
"Something messed up is happening" she says moving out of the way so the two are able to see the hotel, which used to be in ruins but is now perfectly fine
"What happend the the shattered windows and the busted walls?" Shaggy questions as if they could answer
"Yo red! Ball!" The girl called out as Daphne looked at the group before tossing the ball over then saying "let's go"
They walked through the crowd of people who payed no mind to the group, even grace which confused her because a few of the people she recognized to be fans
"Anyone else think this is strange?" Shaggy asks and grace nods her head
"Okay, we need to split up" Daphne tells the group
"Why?" Shaggy and Scooby asks
"We still need to find Fred and velma" grace says looking around with slight unease
"I'll go this way" the blonde says walking away as shaggy and Scooby go closer to Daphne
"And well go with you" shaggy says but Daphne is quick to shoot it down pointing in the opposite direction firmly causing the two to hesitantly walk that way
"Okay grace lets- grace?" Daphne says
"Seeya daph!" Grace calls out from the direction of the boys and the red head shakes her head
Grace grabs shaggys shoulder causing his to jump
"Sorry!" She says putting her hands up as he looked ready to punch her but his fear filled expresssion soon turned into a joyful one at the sight of her
"Sorry" he says sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck and grace smiles before spotting a familiar head of blonde hair
"Fred!" She calls out running over the boys close behind
"Yo! The bitch was like "what?" And I was like, "later on!" The blonde says and grace can't help but feel this isn't Fred strictly for the fact he would never call any women a bitch because he would get hit by all velma, Daphne and grace
"Fred" shaggy says getting his attention
"What up dog! And.. dog?" He says in slight confusion
"Keeping it real" Scooby says back with a peace sigh and crosses his pawsaling grace chuckle patting his head which he pushed into her hand enjoying the attention
"What happend last night?" Shaggy says in a hushed tone
"We got beats like it was the lizz-nizz, you know what I'm saying, G?" Fred answers and grace can't help but cringe as shaggy nods his head before thinking and saying "no"
A crash was heard from behind them making them turn Scooby shook as he circled around grace and shaggy his tail in between his legs in some sort of attempt to see all around
"You hear that?" Shaggy asks
"Regrettably" grace says back as they turn to Fred seeing he know has green eyes as he screams, green gass erupting from his mouth making Scooby and shaggy scream in horror
"Run!" Grace screams, as the three sprint away fake Fred tells everyone
"Get the dog. And the girl"
