when lovers shows me
how scary it is to love‚
how will I trust again
when the people around me
have been betraying me‚
how will I believe in promises
again
when they once broke their promises
and turns all the butterflies into
fireflies‚ the promises into goodbyes‚
but my dear‚ you showed me love
without fear
you showed me trust without the thought
of being betrayed
you promised me and turns the goodbyes into once was butterflies
now, I do believe that love does really exist
it's just that when we’re broke
we thought the whole world was such a joke.
