I went hiking and my family today and I saw a rabbit. I instinctively bent my knees to imitate the hunting crouch. Lol.
I think the hike helped me connect a lot. But the heat was unbearable. It was horrible. It kind of disconnected me from my theriotype, since I didn't think snow leopards are meant to be in the heat. Unfortunately, it's almost always hot where I live.
