The problem or the solution?

Love!
It is as beauteous as a rose
It is as painful as its stem.
Love!
It gifts the most ecstatic moments
It leaves the deepest scars.

LOVE-What is it?
A safe heaven or a trap?

Love!
It is as twisted as a maze.
It changes the world for the better
And for the worst.
The journey is heavenly
But the destination
