I fully believe the only way for Chuuya to truly die is for Dazai to be too late to save him from Corruption. Arahabki probably wouldn't let him die another way. Arahabki would protect his vessel from dying by something as simple as a stab wound or bullet wound etc.
No matter how injured Chuuya gets Arahabki heals his wounds so he won't die from them.
